Pharmacovigilance
Pharmacovigilance consists of collecting information useful for monitoring our medical devices, including information on suspected adverse effects during any other use: overdose, misuse, abuse of medicines, medicinal errors, etc. Pharmacovigilance is based on the following principles.
The reporting of adverse reactions by healthcare professionals.
Collecting, processing and evaluating all information concerning the risk of adverse reactions.
Implementing the actions necessary for pharmacovigilance.
Taking corrective or preventive measures.
